Online therapy and counseling for trauma, recovery, and real life.
Individual, couples, family, and group sessions with licensed counselors, social workers, and marriage & family therapists. Trauma-informed, evidence-based, and delivered virtually to anywhere in the United States.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. We offer four primary modalities so the format matches what your situation actually calls for — not whatever the system happens to schedule.
Individual therapy
One-to-one sessions tailored to your history, your goals, and the pace you can manage. Most clients are seen weekly during active recovery and step down as symptoms stabilize.
Trauma-focused approaches including CBT and EMDR-informed work
Sessions typically 50–55 minutes, scheduled when it works for you
Continuity with the same provider throughout your care
Couples therapy
Trauma reshapes relationships. Couples sessions create a structured space to address the strain that injury, illness, or workplace events have placed on a partnership — without anyone having to be the “designated patient.”
Communication patterns disrupted by trauma or chronic pain
Caregiver fatigue, role shifts, intimacy changes after injury
Emotionally focused and Gottman-informed approaches
Family therapy
When one person is hurt, the whole household carries it. Family sessions help parents, partners, and adult children understand what’s happening clinically — and how to support recovery without absorbing it.
Trauma psychoeducation for partners and family members
Adolescent and adult-child sessions when injury affects parenting
Coordinated with individual care for the primary client
Group therapy
For some clients, hearing others describe the same experience is the moment something shifts. Our group offerings include trauma-survivor support and specialty groups for injured workers and accident survivors.
Closed cohorts of 6–10 participants for sustained connection
Facilitated by licensed clinicians with trauma-group training
Confidentiality protocols built for HIPAA-compliant telehealth
Who it's for
Therapy that meets your situation — not just your diagnosis.
We serve three primary audiences. Each comes with different needs, different timelines, and different documentation requirements. Our clinical team understands the differences.
After an accident or assault, the psychological injury can be as real as the physical one. Therapy supports recovery and produces the contemporaneous documentation that legal cases require.
Injured workers often face anxiety, depression, and PTSD that complicate return-to-work. Our trauma-informed therapy is structured to support both clinical recovery and claims documentation.
No referral needed. Direct-access clients can schedule individual, couples, family, or group therapy with a licensed clinician in their state — often the same day.
How it works
From first session to ongoing care, simplified.
Our process is designed to remove every friction point that traditionally stops people from getting therapy — while keeping the clinical rigor that makes therapy actually work.
01
Schedule online
Use our patient portal to pick a time. Most new clients are scheduled within 1–3 business days; same-day appointments are available most weekdays.
02
Brief intake
A 15–20 minute intake establishes goals, history, and any documentation requirements. We confirm your state licensure match before your first clinical session.
03
Match with a clinician
We pair you with a licensed therapist whose training fits your needs — trauma-informed for PTSD, family-systems for relationship work, etc.
04
Ongoing sessions
Regular sessions, secure HIPAA-compliant video, and continuity of care with the same clinician. Frequency adjusts as your needs change.
What we treat
Conditions our therapy team regularly treats.
Therapy is the modality of choice for a wide range of psychological and adjustment conditions. Below are the conditions our team works with most frequently — though clinical recommendations are always individualized.
Is virtual therapy as effective as in-person therapy?
For the conditions we treat — PTSD, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and most relational concerns — the research consistently shows telehealth therapy produces outcomes comparable to in-person care. The convenience, removal of waiting-room exposure, and ability to attend from a familiar environment often improve attendance and engagement, which themselves drive better outcomes.
Do I need a referral to start therapy?
No. Most of our therapy clients are self-referred or referred by an attorney or case manager. If you want to discuss insurance coverage or a specific case, our intake team can help you understand your options before you schedule.
How quickly can I get a first appointment?
Same-day appointments are available most weekdays. The longest typical wait is 1–3 business days. We built same-day access into the model specifically because traditional waitlists make therapy unreachable for the people who need it most.
Will my therapy sessions be confidential?
Yes. We deliver care over a HIPAA-compliant video platform with end-to-end encryption. Session contents are protected by the same federal privacy laws that govern in-person therapy. The only exceptions are the standard ones: imminent risk of harm to self or others, suspected child or elder abuse, or court order.
Can I bring my spouse or family member into a session?
Yes — either as a one-time consultation or as ongoing couples or family therapy. We’ll discuss the right format during intake. Some clients alternate between individual and couples sessions during a treatment course.
How does therapy work if my case is in litigation?
Our clinicians document care in a litigation-aware manner: contemporaneous progress notes using validated measures (such as PHQ-9, GAD-7, and PCL-5) that translate cleanly into the language attorneys and case managers need. We coordinate with your legal team on documentation requests while keeping clinical care focused on your recovery, not your case strategy.
